HP FILM OILS are highly refined mineral oils suitable for oil film bearings used in steel plants. The product is blended from solvent extracted high viscosity index base stocks having excellent demulsibility characteristics. They also possess good oxidation and thermal stability.

These oils are recommended for lubrication of pneumatic equipment such as rock drills, jack hammers, stoppers, drifters, chippers, wagon drills, tempers & pavement breakers etc. They are also used in small in-plant pneumatic tools like grinders, filing tools, drills, tapers, impact wrenches, rivetters, hoists etc.

NU-MATIC is a line of first quality rock drill lubricants formulated for the lubrication of pneumatic tools. They have pronounced extreme-pressure and rust-preventive properties. Servofriz NH 68 is a high quality mineral based lubricant formulated for the lubrication of reciprocating and rotary refrigeration compressors. It is specially made for Ice Plants and the Cold Storage Refrigeration Compressor using Ammonia as Refrigerant. This oil possesses adequate ammonia compatibility, low temperature fluidity as well as inherent resistance to oxidation and deposit formation.

Servofriz NH 68 is recommended for the lubrication of refrigeration compressors where the ammonia is being used as refrigerants. It is also suitable for use in properly designed and well-maintained refrigeration systems, where evaporator temperatures achieved through ammonia, are lower than the pour point of the oil.

TALUSIA UNIVERSAL cylinder oil suitable for use in engines running both high and low sulphur fuels.
Its patented formulation is specially designed for the cylinder lubrication of slow speed 2-stroke

Mobiltac 375 NC, 325 NC and 275 NC extra high performance non-leaded, diluent-type, heavy-bodied open gear lubricants designed for a wide variety of open gear and mining applications. They contain a non-chlorinated, volatile solvent that ensures fluidity during application, even at low temperatures. Once applied, the diluent evaporates and the lubricants take on a flexible, adhesive, high-strength consistency that is maintained throughout their service life. Mobiltac 375 NC, 325 NC and 275NC adhere strongly to gear teeth and other machine elements to resist excessive throw-off, thereby providing a wear-resistant, viscous, continuous film that lubricates well under boundary conditions. Mobiltac 275 NC also contains solid phase EP/anti-wear additive for added equipment protection.

GulfSea Cylcare ECA 50 is a specially formulated extremely high performing Marine Cylinder Lubricant (MCL) for use in all generations of two stroke low speed crosshead diesel engines including the very latest super long stroke models when operating in MARPOL Annex VI Emission Control Areas (ECA). The content of sulphur in marine fuel is limited when operating in ECAs to <0.10%wt (except when operating with an exhaust gas SO2 scrubber). When burning 0.10%wt sulphur fuel the continued operation on high BN cylinder oil is inappropriate. The excess BN additive of the standard MCL may result in crown land deposit build-up and consequent bore polishing. GulfSea Cylcare ECA 50 is rebalanced cylinder oil with a reduced BN additive system combined with an advanced new marine detergency additive technology. GulfSea Cylcare ECA 50 minimises excess piston crown deposits, neutralizes condensing acids and ensures that the liners and ring pack remain clean with free ring movement and extended Time Between Overhauls (TBO). GulfSea Cylcare ECA 50 offers a safety margin of performance with sufficient BN to scavenge and neutralize any acid condensation on liner walls. This lubricant is suitable for both MGO and new low sulphur HFO being introduced as distillate substitutes. It is strongly recommended that the suitability of non MGO fuel products is checked with the fuel supplier and engine maker before using.
