Application

 

PARTHAN PG Grades allow thermally stable operation at temperatures in excess of 200°C. Typical applications include lubrication of calenders, piston compressors, bevel, spiral bevel, helical, spur and worm gear units. The lubricants are free of Chlorine, sulphur and metal based additives including lead. They remain homogeneous from below their pour point to temperatures in excess of 250°C. The anticipated service lifetime of all grades is substantially in excess of 10,000 hours at 100°C. In industrial enclosed gear units, the performance allows for extended drain intervals and, in some cases, for operation as a “Fill for Life” Lubricant.

The product conforms to DAVID BROWN standard, exceeds DIN 51517 Part 3.

PARTHAN PG grades are a range of Polyalkylene Glycol based synthetic lubricants, which provide outstanding load carrying properties and excellent thermal stability. PARTHAN EP SA is a new generation synthetic extreme pressure gear lubricant specifically developed for lubricating the heavily-loaded gearboxes and rolling element bearings of industrial gear boxes.

PARTHAN EP SA shows superior performance in the FAG FE-8 Test. PARTHAN EP SA is compatible with most sealants and bearing materials used in industrial applications and recommended for use in heavily loaded step-up spur/ helical/herringbone/bevel/planetary gearboxes. PARTHAN EP SA oils can replace mineral based gear oils leading to lower operating temperature and efficiency improvement.

 

PARTHAN EP SA has been specially formulated with new generation extreme pressure additive which is chlorine free and offers long term protection against rust and corrosion while simultaneously keeping gear parts clean and also ensuring good filterability. Servo Gear HP oils are extreme pressure automotive gear lubricants. These oils are blended from selected base stocks and contain additives to provide extreme pressure, anti-rust-corrosion characteristics.

Servo Gear HP oils are recommended for passenger car, bus and highway truck hypoid, spiral bevel and worm gear axles and also manual transmission for which an extreme pressure gear lubricant of this type is required. Servo Gear HP 80 is specially designed for power transmission units of vehicles operating at sub-zero temperatures.
