Servo Gear HP oils are extreme pressure automotive gear lubricants. These oils are blended from selected base stocks and contain additives to provide extreme pressure, anti-rust-corrosion characteristics.

Servo Gear HP 80 is specially designed for power transmission units of vehicles operating at sub-zero temperatures.

Servo Gear Super 85W-140 oil is an extreme pressure automotive gear lubricant. This oil is blended from selected base stocks and contain specific additive package to provide extreme pressure, anti-rust-corrosion characteristics.

APPLICATION - Servo Gear Super 85W-140 oil is recommended for passenger car, bus and highway truck hypoid, spiral bevel and worm gear axles and also manual transmission for which an extreme pressure gear lubricant of this type is required.

Servo Ultra KB oils are heavy duty diesel engine oils, and are blended from highly refined, high viscosity index base stocks and contain appropriate dosages of detergentdispersant and antioxidant additives to meet the stated performance standards.

APPLICATION - Servo Ultra KB oils are recommended for all classes of supercharged diesel engines of high speed, high output such as those in Earth moving / Off-highway equipment. It is also effective used in Transmission systems of Caterpillar equipment.

Application

 

PARTHAN PG Grades allow thermally stable operation at temperatures in excess of 200°C. Typical applications include lubrication of calenders, piston compressors, bevel, spiral bevel, helical, spur and worm gear units. The lubricants are free of Chlorine, sulphur and metal based additives including lead. They remain homogeneous from below their pour point to temperatures in excess of 250°C. The anticipated service lifetime of all grades is substantially in excess of 10,000 hours at 100°C. In industrial enclosed gear units, the performance allows for extended drain intervals and, in some cases, for operation as a “Fill for Life” Lubricant.

The product conforms to DAVID BROWN standard, exceeds DIN 51517 Part 3.
