Special Features

SPINTEK EE grades of oils are energy efficient premium quality lubricating oils recommended for the lubrication of high speed spindles. They are manufactured from highly refined base oils possessing excellent chemical & oxidation stability. They are further fortified with carefully selected oxidation and rust inhibitors. The rust inhibitor protects bearing surface from rusting and corrosion even in the presence of moisture. A special antiwear additive improves oiliness and reduces friction and wear between the rubbing surfaces to an absolute minimum.

Veedol Alweave 22D is a light bodied oil intended for lubrication of high speed machinery having systems where the oil is continuously used in bath circulation, splash or ring oil methods of lubrication. Veedol Alweave 22D has good oil film strength, high chemical stability, lowest fluid friction and resistance to corrosion & non-staining.

Spindle oils are a type of low-viscosity mineral oil marketed for use in lubrication of high-speed machine spindles.^[1] Spindle oil is free from gumming properties.^[2] Since the viscosity is so low that the oil runs off the surface of the spindle during shut-down periods, the spindle oil may be doped with additives that prevent rusting. Since the spindle oil often is used in textile factories, it is also important that it doesn't stain the textiles

Application areas:

CYNDOL grades are eminently suitable for cylinder lubrication of steam engines using highly super heated steam. They grades are also widely used in large slow moving industrial gears and plain bearings. The TC grades are recommended for steam engines operating under wet saturated steam conditions. These are also used in calender bearings and sugar mill roller bearings.

They are especially suitable for the lubrication of worm gears.

CYNDOL 1000 and 1500 are also used as tempering and wire drawing applications with satisfactory results.

CYNDOL TC grades are compounded with special fatty oil and contain adhesive agent.
