Servohydraulic oils are high quality antiwear type lubricants recommended for hydraulic systems and a wide variety of circulation systems of Industrial equipments. These oils are also used for compressor crankcase lubrication, but are not recommended for lubrication of turbines and equipments having silvercoated components. These oils pass Vickers V-104C vane pump test and meet IS: 10522-1983 (Reaffirmed 2004).

ENKLO grades designed for use in circulating systems are made from high viscosity index,chemically stable base stocks which are further fortified with antioxidants, anticorrosion, antiwear and antifoam additives. They meet the requirements of very high pressure systems and also of systems where high pump speeds are encountered.

Special Features

ENKLO HLP T PLUS is a high performance hydraulic fluid based severely hydro treated base stocks. The unique anti wear additive system provides enhanced protection for components as compared to traditional hydraulic oil meeting DIN 51524 Part II (HLP) and Parker Denison HF-0. The additive system is thermally stable and resists hydrolysis in the combined presence of thermal, mechanical and chemical stress.

ENKLO HLP T Plus series hydraulic oil has passed the demanding Bosch Rexroth RFT-APU-CL Closed Loop Axial Pump test. The test pump operation includes certain periods where pressure exceeds 500 bar with temperatures touching peak of 100 degrees C . The total duration of testing is 510 hours.

ENKLO HLP T Plus series also exceeds the requirement of DENISON HF-0 and has comfortably passed the Parker Denison Hybrid Pump test plus the EATON Vickers 35VQ25 Pump test. The product has excellent filterability.

ENKLO FRWG is a hydraulic oil formulated from glycols for meeting the fire resistant requirements in fire prone areas in Steel, Mining, Die-Casting and Plastics industries. It is a true solution of glycols and water. This grade is composed of Polyalkylene Glycols, selected additives for wear reduction, corrosion inhibitors, anti-oxidants, anti-foamants and water. The operating temperature of the oil ranges from -20°C to +60°C. This oil is suitable for use in all low temperature applications without any chance of freezing and gelling. This oil meets IS: 10532 (part–3) – 1993 and HF-C classification of European Mines Safety Commission.

Mobil DTE 10 Excel™ Series are high performance anti-wear hydraulic oils specifically designed to meet the needs of modern, high pressure, industrial and mobile equipment hydraulic systems.

 

The Mobil DTE 10 Excel Series is constructed from selected base oils and a proprietary additive package to provide well balanced performance in a range of applications.  The products demonstrate outstanding oxidation and thermal stability allowing for long oil life and minimized deposit formation in severe hydraulic systems using high pressure, high output pumps.  The innovative ultra keep-clean performance protects critical hydraulic system components from malfunction, such as tight tolerance servo and proportional valves found in many modern hydraulic systems.  The shear stable, high viscosity index allows for a wide range of operating temperatures maintaining maximum hydraulic efficiency and utmost component protection at both low and high temperatures.  Outstanding air release properties represent an added measure of protection in systems with low residence time helping to prevent cavitation damage and micro dieseling. The zinc free anti-wear system provides a high degree of protection in gear, vane and piston pumps while also minimizing deposit formation. In addition, Mobil DTE 10 Excel is not acutely or chronically toxic to the aquatic environment (per GHS criteria and OECD testing).

Nuto™ H Series oils are good quality anti-wear hydraulic oils intended for industrial and mobile service applications, subjected to moderate operating conditions and requiring anti-wear lubricants.

Mobil™ Hydraulic AW Series oils are good quality anti-wear hydraulic oils intended for industrial and mobile service applications, subjected to moderate operating conditions and requiring anti-wear lubricants.

Mobil Pyrotec HFD 46 is a high performance fire resistant hydraulic fluid. It is designed for use in electro-hydraulic governor control systems of steam turbines, including systems using fine tolerance servo valves. It is also recommended as a fire resistant lubricant in, for example, steam and gas turbines as well as fire resistant hydraulic systems. Mobil Pyrotec HFD 46 is FM approved as a fire resistant industrial fluid.

 

Mobil Pyrotec HFD 46 is formulated to provide good oxidation stability. Physical properties such as foaming, air release and demulsibility are controlled to meet the limits specified by turbine manufacturers.

 

Mobil Pyrotec HFD 46 has been evaluated in stringent tests for fire resistance. It will burn if the bulk fluid temperature reaches 368ºC and is exposed to an open flame.  However, in the spray ignition hot manifold ignition test there is no flashing or burning at 704ºC.

Applications

Mobil Pyrotec HFD 46 is recommended for use in:

     •  Electro-hydraulic governor control systems of steam turbines, especially where a high performance fluid is required

     •  Hydraulic and oil circulation systems operating in conditions subject to fire hazards

 

Mobil Pyrotec HFD 46 is unsuitable for:

     •  Hydraulic systems subjected to low temperatures. The normal operating temperature should normally be up to 65ºC to minimize thermal degradation. However, it is possible to operate with fluid temperatures up to a maximum of 150ºC.

     •  Use with Neoprene, nitrile and silicone rubber materials. Mobil Pyrotec HFD 46 is compatible with seal and hose materials such as butyl rubber and Viton.

     •  Use with petroleum oils, conventional soluble emulsions, water in oil emulsions or water glycol fluids. ExxonMobil will be pleased to give advice on flushing procedures.

     •  Use on most paints (other than two part epoxy paints), enamels and varnishes. Because of the solvent properties of Mobil Pyrotec HFD 46, it is necessary, therefore, to consider treating all internal surfaces likely to come into contact with it.
